Why are we on the programme?
We are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone is able to be themselves and reach their full potential. Despite being change-makers in content, we know that we’re missing out in our creative offer, possibilities and talent if we do not become more diverse. We truly believe that an inclusive workforce will help us understand and create a positive impact for our clients. We’re implementing the recommendations of our Diversity Audit last year (Thanks to The Social Detail!) and we’re excited about educating ourselves more on the Creative Workforce Inclusion Programme, and the big difference we can make in Dialect and in our industry.
