Camerawork is always at the forefront of my photography, filmmaking and writing work. The photo series I shoot are visual stories concentrating on themes of identity, BAME experience, and youth culture.

Being part of Creative Workforce for the Future has allowed me to build connections with other BAME creatives in Bristol. Through developing these artistic relationships I have worked on exciting fashion, culture and poetry projects.

It’s important to have my voice represented in creative workforces because I am a young female creative who is a first-generation immigrant. I believe that the importance of sharing stories keeps the world revolving.
